Preparation is key to breastfeeding success. In this session, we’ll focus on prenatal hand expression, what to expect in the first three days after birth, milk supply, infant weight loss, cue-based feedings, and collecting milk.

We’ll develop your personalized postpartum plan to optimize breastfeeding success and address your questions and concerns.

POSTPARTUM

Postpartum services can include anything from discussing hand expression, assessing latch, increasing supply or addressing oversupply, making a pumping plan, milk collecting, treating clogged ducts, and managing engorgement.

We can work on making a sustainable feeding plan based on your personal goals.

Other topics might include preparing to travel with an infant, flange fitting and pump support, or designing your return-to-work plan.
