“Lauren is a lactation guru! She has just the energy, positivity, and knowledge you will want and need to feel prepared and successful on your breastfeeding journey. When I was pregnant with my first child my husband and I took a breastfeeding class with Lauren. What I learned from her helped me so much those first couple days of life- knowing to feed my daughter often and how to hand express if she had trouble latching at first. Subsequently, Lauren came to our home for a follow up visit. I couldn’t get my daughter to latch and I was desperate for help. Lauren was so supportive, encouraging, and above all, helpful! “I reached out to Lauren when my daughter was around 4 months because I was concerned my supply was starting to dip. I was mostly nursing but pumping in the evenings and noticing decreasingly less pumping output despite trying more minutes of pumping. Lauren suggested trying different flange sizes, something that had never been suggested to me before! She made a great recommendation of a set of silicon flange options from Amazon that were affordable and easy to test. Within 2 weeks I had upped my output at least 25 percent by using the correct flange size. She was so calm and comforting for a mama that was starting to feel very worried. I’m so happy and relieved to have had Lauren’s help.”
